You know what you need to do. This is how you actually do it.
One Thing, Five Days
Five days. One goal. A real coach in your inbox - for $5 USD.
Starts the moment you buy. No waiting for Monday.
(Unless it is Monday, in which case: lucky you, no waiting required either way.)
The goal that keeps not happening
You've got a goal sitting on your list.
It's specific, it's doable, and it keeps not happening.
Not because you're lazy.
Because "I'll get to it" isn't a plan - and doing it entirely alone is harder than it needs to be. Especially if your brain is wired for interest rather than instruction - looking at you, ADHD.
One email a day, five days, one goal
You start the moment you buy.
Each day, one email lands in your inbox: two or three coaching questions to sharpen your thinking, and one clear action to take.
No modules, no videos, no homework pile.
Day 1 - pin down exactly what you're doing in the next five days, get honest about why it matters, and take the first step. Today.
Day 2 - build your accountability. I'll share what actually works for my clients, and you'll pick what works for you.
Day 3 - the wobble. Motivation dips around now for almost everyone. We'll work through it rather than pretend it won't happen.
Day 4 - check the evidence. On track? We name the final push. Stalled? We shrink the goal rather than abandon it.
Day 5 - finish, take stock, and decide what's next.
You'll be writing to a real person
Every email invites you to hit reply. Your goal, your plan, your wobbles - I read every single one.
With the volume of replies, I can't promise a response to each, but that's not really the point. Writing your goal down and sending it to an actual human makes it real in a way a notes app never will.
Want to go one step further?
Send a calendar invite to my dedicated goals address for the time you'll be working on your thing - one session or the whole five days. I won't join, and I won't always accept, but your goal will be sitting in a calendar with my name attached.
Strangely effective.
Choose your coach: gentle or direct
At checkout, you pick the voice you need this week:
Gentle - spacious and encouraging, with permission to go at your own pace
Direct - frank and to the point. You said this mattered, so what's the move?
Same five days, same questions underneath - just delivered the way you best respond to. Some brains need softness. Some find softness patronising. You know yours.
Use it again and again
The questions work for any goal - a piece of writing, a difficult conversation, a decluttered spare room, a business task you've been dodging.
Finish one round, and when the next goal shows up, come back and grab another. It's less than price of that coffee and cake you'd procrastinate with. Plenty of people keep it in their back pocket for whenever something needs doing.
Want me personally replying every day?
$57 - limited to 5 people at a time
Everything above, plus a short personal reply from me to each day's reflection.
You write, I read, and you get a considered response from a certified coach - every day for five days.
One reply per day rather than open-ended back-and-forth, which keeps it focused for you and fair for everyone.
Five days of a coach in your corner for less than half the price of a single session.
Five days of a coach in your corner for less than half the price of a single session.
A quick word about me
I'm Victoria - an ICF-certified coach with over 800 hours of coaching behind me, working with neurodivergent adults (including ADHD, autistic, dyslexic and HSP folk) who feel stuck and overwhelmed in the chaos of daily life.
If your brain doesn't switch neatly into focus on demand, you're exactly who I built this for. All brains are welcome here - dopamine-lovers and professional procrastinators included.
I'm an introvert and a quiet thinker. If you want someone shouting motivation at you, this isn't it.
If you want good questions, honest structure, and a real person witnessing your progress - you're in the right place.
Questions you might have
What's the difference between the gentle and direct versions? Same five days, same structure - a completely different coaching voice. Gentle gives you space, encouragement and permission to go at your own pace. Direct is frank and to the point: you said this mattered, so what's the move? Neither is harsh, and neither is fluffy. You pick whichever your brain responds to at checkout.
Can I switch voices partway through? Not mid-round, but you can pick a different voice next time you run it. Plenty of people alternate depending on the goal and the week they're having.
What kind of goal should I bring? One specific thing you can realistically move forward in five days. Finish a draft, book the appointment you've been avoiding, clear the spare room, have the conversation. If it needs six months, bring the first five days of it.
When do the emails arrive? Your first email lands the moment you buy, and the rest follow every 24 hours. Buy at 9pm and your emails arrive at your 9pm - the series moulds to you, wherever you are in the world.
Will you reply to my emails? I read every single reply, and I mean that. With the volume I can't promise a personal response to each - that's what the ยฃ57 upgrade is for, where I reply to your reflections every day.
What if I fall behind? The emails keep arriving, and that's fine. Day 4 is built for exactly this - if you've stalled, we shrink the goal rather than abandon it. Behind is not the same as failed.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis for this to work? No diagnosis needed - all brains are welcome here. I built it with neurodivergent adults in mind, which just means it's designed for how real brains work rather than how productivity books assume they do.
Can I do it more than once? Yes - that's the point. It's a tool, not a course. New goal, new round, whenever you're ready. Start any day you like.
What's the $57 upgrade exactly? Everything in the series, plus a short personal reply from me to each day's reflection - one considered response per day for five days, from a certified coach. Limited to 5 people at a time so everyone gets proper attention.
Is there a subscription or anything to cancel? No. One payment, five days, done. Nothing renews.
Ready when you are
