What you're buying

One Thing, Five Days is a five-day email series, delivered automatically to the email address you sign up with. There are two tiers:

- Standard - the five-day email series only.

- Personal Daily Replies - the same five-day series, plus a personal response from Victoria to each message you send back during those five days, by text or video depending on what suits the message best.

Payment and access

Payment is taken in full at checkout, in USD. Your first email arrives immediately, and the remaining four follow automatically over the next four days.

Because this is a digital product delivered straight away, all sales are final and non-refundable, including if you don't complete the series or decide it's not for you partway through.

If you're charged in error, or a technical issue means you never received your emails, contact victoria@victoriatretis.co.uk and it will be sorted.

Personal Daily Replies - what this is and isn't

If you've bought the Personal Daily Replies upgrade, Victoria will personally respond to what you send her during the five days - by text or video, depending on what suits the message best. This is meant as encouragement and accountability, in keeping with the spirit of the programme.

It is not coaching, therapy, or medical or mental health advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for professional support. If you're dealing with something that needs that kind of support, please reach out to a qualified professional.

No guaranteed outcomes

One Thing, Five Days is designed to help you take action on one goal over five days. What you do with it, and what you achieve, is down to you. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The content of the emails, including all wording, structure, and any accompanying material, belongs to Tretis Limited. You're welcome to use it for your own personal purposes, but please don't copy, resell, or redistribute it.

Limitation of liability

Tretis Limited isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of One Thing, Five Days, beyond what's required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version live on the site at the time you purchase is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
