I’m not your therapist. I’m here so you get stuff done.

Thoughtful 1:1 coaching for you to better understand yourself and those around you.

So here’s the thing: I’m a mum, coffee lover, introvert, and a deep thinker.

But I’m not your mum and I won’t mollycoddle you or simply say what you want to hear.

I’m here to ask a lot of questions and coach.

Hi - I’m Victoria (not Vicky) Tretis (treh-tiss)

Yes, I will laugh politely if you joke that my surname looks like Tetris. But between you, me and the internet, I have heard that one before. Besides, if I had a Tetris empire, do you really think I’d still be coaching? Actually, scrap that - YES! I absolutely would.

Here’s what you need to know about me:

  • Started a business in 2016 to create flexibility around childcare without sacrificing my career.

  • Thought that scaling = success so expanded to an agency with employees and shut it down within a year once I realised that wasn’t my version of success.

  • Retrained as a certified coach in 2021 and dialled up my HSP thinking while working with neurodivergent adults.

  • Memes are my love language.

  • Vegetarian since 1992 and I might eat too much sugar (who doesn’t?!), but I always prioritise my sleep and have been sober since 2018. Self-care in this way means I always bring my A-game to my clients and my life.

  • Probably can’t go a week without talking to someone about aligning my daily life with my menstrual cycle. #PeriodPower

  • Simplicity is key for me. - I just want a cosy home with family and pets around me, plus plenty of time outdoors.

How I work:

This is what you can expect from me and my HSP brain:

  • A discovery call to check we vibe together and that coaching is what you need.

  • If you're not ready for coaching, I will tell you. Therapy and self-care may be more important for you right now

  • Regular calls where you join in a way that suits your brain/energy/mood. Video on/off or while walking and dialling in audio only. I don’t mind.

  • Thoughtful questions to untangle your thinking and challenge your status quo. Oh, and you’ll be doing roughly 80% of the talking. But take your time when responding - I am patient AF, especially when you might feel your thoughts are scattered or your words are rambling. I promise I’ll be listening to every word you say because it’s all relevant to me.

  • I’ll treat you as an equal with clear and compassionate communication that’s jargon-free.

  • I’m not driven by status or ego and I don’t tend to vibe with anyone who is.

  • Action items at the end of each call - stuff you’ve committed to during the call and/or questions I’ve posed for you to reflect on before our next call.

  • Connection, empathy, and kindness. I will move heaven and earth to help in any way I can.

  • Accountability in between sessions if you want it. Via email or a voice/text app.

How the sessions work

Here’s what we’ll probably talk about:

  • Setting a goal for our session(s) so we both know what we’re working towards.

  • Strategies to support your brain around productivity and focus. Dopamine-lover? Professional procrisinator? All brains are welcome here.

  • What’s taking up the most space in your head and what we need to cover to lessen that mental load.

  • Advocating for your needs while maintaining boundaries.

  • Ways to communicate and be persuasive with compassion without conflict.

  • How to increase your confidence in yourself/your skills to move closer to what you want to be/do/have.

  • Quantifiable logical stuff like metrics and stats, but also non-tangibles like emotions and feelings.

  • Personal stuff. Yes, even if your goal is technically work-related because our work and personal lives will be forever intertwined.

  • What you want to dial up (or down) in terms of how you support your physical, spiritual, and emotional health.

  • The relationships you have with others and any changes you want to make.#

  • Most of my work is via the UK’s Access to Work scheme, meaning all sessions from the grant are either fully or partially funded by the Department of Work and Pensions.

Doing impactful work

I work with neurodivergent adults who feel stuck and overwhelmed in the chaos of daily life. They want to design and achieve their version of success (I don’t believe there is one right way to achieve this).

Or, sometimes, I work with line managers of neurodivergent employees who want to better understand and support their team members.

My work is not about rich people getting richer.

Instead, sessions are centred around clients wanting to better understand themselves and others better.

I am an all-year round LGBTQ+ ally, committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities.

Unmuddle your thoughts and finally figure stuff out.

I’ve already had 200+ hours of conversations helping 30+ neurodivergent folks do the same. You ready?
