In each episode, we'll dive into the world of neurodiversity, chatting with entrepreneurs and business owners who've experienced it firsthand. We'll cover everything from productivity and focus to achieving balance and building businesses that embrace diverse ways of thinking.
We’ll also shatter some myths around neurodivergence, challenging stereotypes and unconscious biases along the way.
I'm your host, Victoria Tretis, an introverted, HSP-thinking, certified coach, trainer, and speaker specialising in neuroinclusivity. Through hundreds of hours of coaching plus my work with organisations to cultivate neurodiversity awareness, I’ve seen firsthand the amazing transformations that happen when we accept and adapt to the way our brains think and operate best.
Small tweaks can make a massive difference in creating connection, motivation and boosting our overall wellbeing. All of which means a whole lot more ease in life… which is what we’re all looking for, right?

Hi - I’m Victoria Tretis
An introverted, HSP-thinking, certified coach working with corporates, individuals and via Access to Work.
I work with neurodivergent adults who feel stuck and overwhelmed in the chaos of daily life. They want to design and achieve their version of success (I don’t believe there is one right way to achieve this).
Or, sometimes, I work with line managers of neurodivergent employees who want to better understand and support their team members.
My work is not about rich people getting richer.
Instead, sessions are centred around clients wanting to better understand themselves and others better.
