You’ll find me writing and talking about:

  • Neurodiversity in the workplace.

  • Creating a work/home blend that promotes greater feelings of happiness, fulfilment, and success.

  • Goal planning and the differences between goals that can be controlled versus influenced.

  • The grief of multiple miscarriages (molar/heterotopic) - including while running a business.

  • Working and parenting.

  • Becoming fitter and healthier - running the London Marathon 2022, and training for Outlaw Half Triathlon in late 2023.

  • Money management - as a Director, homeowner, and parent.

  • Productivity and working smarter, not harder.

  • Victoria is a certified coach, so she hasn't just done a free course and then changed her LinkedIn headline overnight. With an accreditation with the International Coaching Federation and hundreds of hours of coaching experience, Victoria specialises in neuroinclusivity.
