Neurodivergent work coaching for individuals and employers
One-to-one coaching, paid via Access to Work, privately or through an employer. Coaching helps people get unstuck and manage work and life with more ease.
[ ADHD/ASD/ACCESS TO WORK ]
Neuro-affirmative work coaching for ADHD, autistic and neurodivergent brains
Not being able to focus at work does not mean youβre broken. Feeling exhausted and close to burnout does not mean youβre no good at your job.
Itβs just information. And by using that information we can put together a plan to make sure work feels easy and manageable. Whateverβs stuck gets unstuck.
Work coaching with someone who understands how your brain works without a one-size fits all approach can be transformational.
If youβre wondering what to expect, or where to start, thatβs totally normal too.

More about me
When looking for a neuro-affirmative coach with neurodivergent ADHD and ASD coaching experience, clients tell me thereβs overwhelming numbers of potential people to work with. In an unregulated industry where anyone can call themselves a coach, you need to be sure youβre choosing the right coach for you.
Iβm proud to say that Iβm a trained and ICF ACC-credentialed coach with more than 800 hours of experience. I've also completed additional CPD in neuroscience and ADHD coaching.
And as impressive as that is, I want to make one thing really clear: Iβm a human just like you. Iβm a mum, coffee lover, introvert, and a deep thinker. Iβm also an HSP (highly sensitive person), so I know how much rejection can sting.
I wonβt simply say what you want to hear.
Iβm here to ask thoughtful questions and coach you, and we attend those sessions as equals. Two adults having a conversation. Sessions are always centred on you wanting to better understand yourself and others. This is not therapy. But that doesnβt mean it will always feel easy either. Some questions will stretch your thinking.
I am an LGBTQ+ ally, committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. Read my Ethics Statement to see whatβs important to me and decide if weβre aligned before we book any discovery call.
How my coaching works
[ THE PROCESS ]
STEP 1
Choose how youβd like to work with me
Private Work Coaching (usually self-employed).
Disability awareness training (through AJT Liminal)
STEP 2
Book a discovery call
Book a discovery call so we can decide which option suits you best, whether itβs a 6 or 12-session package. Or one of my lighter-touch Voxer support options. The call is a chance for me to find out more about you or your employee, NOT for me to sell to you.
Iβll never ask anyone to make a decision while on the call. Thatβs just not my style. Instead, I want you to leave the call feeling fully informed and able to make your decision with zero pressure. I follow up after the call with a recap of what we discussed and an email proposal that you can accept (or ignore!).
STEP 3
Book your package
Depending on the coaching package you choose, youβll book your sessions and pay your first invoice. If you need to change or move a call, I just ask for 48 hoursβ notice. Weβll agree a goal to work towards.
And as we progress, weβll decide on the next steps. 6 or 12 sessions may be enough to reach your or your employeeβs goals. If something else crops up, and youβd like to continue, we can just book another block of coaching sessions. We can adapt as we work together. Everyoneβs journey is unique.
FAQs
-
A neurodivergent coach is a specialist who supports neurodivergent people. This could be people with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence.
A neurodivergent coach knows that a βone-size-fits-allβ approach doesnβt actually fit all. Instead, they aim to understand any challenges and help identify skills and strategies that support your life. Many of the clients I work with are also navigating chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, perimenopause, or other overlapping conditions - so we always factor those elements into the strategies we build. Itβs never only about the neurodivergent side.
-
A specialised neurodivergent coach looks at whatβs already working well, what isnβt and whatβs missing in terms of strategies and work rhythms.
Often, clients find it helpful to use our sessions to focus on career goals, organisation, focus, executive functioning, setting boundaries or communication in the workplace. Many find that, with the right strategies, they manage the demands of work and everyday life with far more ease, while working towards something specific, whether that's a promotion, a career change, or simply feeling less depleted by the end of each day.
-
With me, no. But if youβre looking around, ask the question. Some people that I work with have only just started exploring and identify as neurodivergent; some choose never to get diagnosed, and some are on waiting lists that are years long. However you identify, or don't yet - the coaching starts with you, not a label.
-
No - not at all. ADHD is very common among my clients, and neurodivergent profiles often overlap. I like to think of it this way. A diagnosis gives you a place to start, but the destination is very different for everyone depending on their lived experiences and other intersections such as race and gender. So, we look at you as an individual. Working me means you receive neuroaffirmative sessions β youβll never be gaslit or have your experiences dismissed. My promise is that sessions are tailored around you, not any label.
-
Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on exploring solutions and building forward momentum.
Together we'll find those solutions by looking at what your goals are, and the patterns and experiences that are stopping you from reaching them. This is action-focused - between sessions, you'll be trying things out and putting changes into practice. If you're looking for space to reflect without making changes, this isn't the right fit. We're collaborative - I don't tell you what to do, but I won't leave you stuck either. With your permission, I'll share what's worked for other clients so you've got real options to choose from - to perhaps consider, set aside , or experiment with between sessions.
-
Yes. All coaching sessions take place online, making them accessible from wherever youβre based. We can run sessions with the camera on or off, on the move if you fancy a walk β wherever you feel most comfortable. Iβm usually sat at my desk or downstairs with the dogs (a tail might make an appearance - consider yourself warned πΎ ).
-
There isnβt a set number that works for everyone. It depends on your goals and whether your sessions are paid for privately or provided through a scheme such as Access to Work. Privately funded sessions come in blocks of 6.
Weβll agree this before sessions start, in line with your budget or Access to Work award, so you know exactly what to expect and when.
